Unknown Mortal Orchestra are back. With "Sex & Food", the US-New Zealand band is releasing a new album in 2018, their fourth studio work, the successor to "Multi-Love" from 2015.The ensemble around mastermind Ruben Nielson recorded a total of twelve new songs last year, all over the world. So they rented studios in Seoul, Hanoi, Reykjavík, Mexico City, Auckland and Portland. The result is an album that doesn't stop at musical boundaries: "Sex & Food" moves skilfully between funk, groove, pop and psychedelic rock.
