Originally released in 1976, the album was made during a particularly prolific period, the 'Purple Period'. In 1975-77, Fela released 24 albums in Nigeria alone. The title track is one of Fela's undisputed masterpieces. Until now, "Yellow Fever" was only available as part of a box set. Now available individually for the first time with the original artwork.
