Future Primitive is the debut album from Auckland techno punks, Data Animal, on Oliver Ackermann's newly formed label Dedstrange. Future Primitive follows the highly acclaimed first singles, Bad M. F & Death Racer, and is a full-blown sonic weapon from the streets. The songs address the decay and collapse and collapse of modern life and the looming apocalyptic demise of human behavior. Influenced by NYC no-wave, British post-punk and Detroit techno, Future Primitive give rock 'n' roll a much needed facelift.
