The ten-song "Train On The Island" was once again created in close collaboration with her long-time companion John Parish (PJ Harvey, Dry Cleaning, among others) and was produced together with him at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Monmouth, Wales. Harding's previous albums "Party" (2017), "Designer" (2019) and "Warm Chris" (2022) were already recorded there.
Harding and Parish were supported this time by pedal steel guitarist Joe Harvey-Whyte, harpist Mali Llywelyn, synth artist Thomas Poli and drummer Sebastian Rochford (Polar Bear). Also on board: H. Hawkline aka Huw Evans on bass, vocals, acoustic and electric guitar and organ.
